Photo story: 30-Day Project

My 30-Day project, which I have been working on over the last few months in my Picture Story class, is finally finished! It consists of portraits of people who collect things and brief (<1:30) audio interviews with those people. I was surprised to find how personal a lot of these collections were. Truly, what we collect as people reflects something essential about us.

A few notes:

1. Because the audio is included within the page, it might take a while to load. Just be patient.

2. The site uses the HTML5 audio tag. Make sure you're using a browser that supports it (Firefox 3.5+, Opera 10.10+, Chrome 4+ or Safari 4+). The audio interviews WILL NOT WORK in Internet Explorer (any version). If you're using IE, you can find a better browser here: http://www.google.com/chrome.

3. The side-note to that is that it will work on browsers without Flash (iPad, Android, etc.).
